REMOTE DEVELOPMENT
Alec “Ammo” Ammerman
Washington → Southern Illinois University
75 MPH → 93+ MPH
Alec began working with SBA remotely from Washington, looking for something more individualized and hands-on than a standard throwing program. Over the next several years, his development became a steady climb — supported by individualized throwing and strength work, video feedback, and ongoing communication.
That process helped take him from roughly 75 MPH to 93+ MPH and prepared him for the demands of college baseball. Alec describes the personalization of SBA’s remote development as one of the biggest differences in his progression.
Remote development. Same process. Same standard.
